- Tamworth Regional Council, do not currently have a tree preservation order that covers the trees on your property (residential) but do have a preservation order on their street trees which include the trees on your nature strip, meaning you can't prune or remove with out approval. TRC have a significant tree register that has approximately 120 tree on it that are being conserved.
